| Large-span or commercial ceiling | 8–10 mm | 0.60–0.75 g/cm³ |
| Standard wall panel | 5–8 mm | 0.50–0.65 g/cm³ |
| Partition / feature wall | 8–12 mm | 0.60–0.75 g/cm³ |

Important notes
PVC foam board is not structural - it cannot bear heavy loads.
Standard board may not be UV-stable for long-term outdoor use. Use UV-resistant grade for outdoors.
Standard PVC may be B2 or flammable. For ceilings and wall panels in public buildings, choose fire-retardant B1/M1 grade.
Leave expansion gaps during installation because PVC expands with temperature.
For ceilings, keep keel spacing at 300–600 mm depending on thickness and density.
