Materials & Quality

Materials and Quality

What material are the products made of?

The core substrate across the full range is PVC, polyvinyl chloride. SPC flooring adds a large share of limestone powder for density and stability. Outdoor products include UV-resistant weathering additives on top of the base formulation.

How does the price compare with other products on the market?

Market prices vary widely, and the spread tracks four things: raw material, wall thickness, UV additives, and whether dark colors use a heat-stabilised recipe. Low-tier products carry heavy recycled content and are not built for long-term service. Mid-tier white virgin products are priced fairly, but dark colors are often simple tinting without a heat-stabilised formula, so they deform easily under strong sun. We use 100% virgin PVC across the range, which sharply reduces the risk of deformation and fading in outdoor heat, at a competitive price within the same material class.

Cutting, Installation & Maintenance

Cutting, Installation and Maintenance

What tools do I need to cut the products?

A handsaw, a circular saw, or almost any woodworking saw cuts the products cleanly. No special cutting equipment is required.

How do I install them, and will all mounting parts match?

Installation is simple and can be completed by one or two people. Every order includes video guides, written instructions, and the complete set of mounting hardware, so the product can be installed 100% as shipped.

What maintenance is required?

Almost none. Compared with wood products, PVC requires minimal upkeep, with no sanding, staining, or painting. The pre-assembled design needs no special tools and the colors and finishes are applied at the factory.

Colors & Outdoor Durability

Colors and Outdoor Durability

If I choose a color other than white, will the fence deform?

For yard fencing, white is the recommended choice. Dark colors absorb more heat, and under direct summer sun the profile temperature climbs high enough to create a heat-bending risk. For horse fencing, light tones such as beige and sand are available and preferred. Rule of thumb: for outdoor exposure, choose the lighter color.

How can I be sure the color will stay stable?

The products have been tested in an advanced weathering chamber and a UV testing instrument with no change in the product, equivalent to roughly 25 years of outdoor exposure.

Ordering & Delivery

Ordering and Delivery

How long does production of a 1×40HQ take, and what is the minimum order?

Production normally takes 25–30 days. Stocked items have no minimum order quantity. Custom items start at a minimum of 1×40HQ.
