BEAD BOARD

TRIM & MOULDING INSTALLATION GUIDE

1 Cutting

Use carbide tooth blades on power miter saws. Do not use fine-tooth metal-cutting blades — the thin kerf causes heat buildup. Support trim across its full length when cutting.

2 Gluing

Glue all joints with quality instant glue or PVC cement. Use "glue and screw" — adhesive alone does not ensure a long-term bond through temperature cycles.

3 Drilling

Do not use bits made for rigid PVC. Avoid heat buildup — clear shavings frequently. A sharp HSS bit with moderate feed produces cleanest bore quality.
