1. It has physical and chemical properties
It must have certain physical and chemical properties, such as length change after heating, thickness change after compression, whether it has wear resistance, etc. It should also be checked whether it has self-extinguishing because this has the greatest impact on the future life. These properties must be sampled before the co-extruded board leaves the factory, and only those that meet the requirements of international standards can be regarded as qualified products.
2. Correct size
Because it needs to be arranged according to the design requirements during installation, the size of each piece must meet the requirements, because if the size deviation is too large, the seams will be uneven, the pattern will not be beautiful, and it will affect the decorative effect of consumers. SPC floor should also pay attention to this problem when purchasing, so when purchasing, it is found that the size deviation of the board is too large, which can be considered as unqualified quality.
3. Standard appearance
Appearance is the first element of purchasing a WPC co-extrusion board. Consumers should observe the surface. If there is a defect, it is an inferior co-extruded board. The standard appearance surface is very smooth, and the hardness is high enough that it is not prone to scratches during use. It can be said to be an ideal substitute for other woods.
