PVC profile is an industrial and daily PVC product which is extruded at high temperature after adding various functional additives to PVC resin. According to the performance, it can be divided into two types: hard and soft. Rigid PVC profiles are mostly used in construction, such as making PVC doors and windows, PVC floors, PVC pipes, etc., and soft PVC profiles are used for PVC hoses, power transmission cables, etc. PVC profiles added with functional additives have anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet, corrosion resistance, high strength and low price, and can partially replace aluminum profiles, steel, etc.

PVC casing moulding should be the decisive factor for the quality and grade of plastic-steel windows. A good PVC profile should be a reasonably designed multi-cavity body, with a thick wall and anti-aging and anti-ultraviolet additives in the formula. Color is bluish white. The middle and low grade profiles are white and yellowish. This color has poor sun protection ability. After a few years of use, it will become more and more yellow until aging, deformation, and cracking. The reason is that the profile formula contains too much calcium. Therefore, the wall thickness of the profile should be greater than 2.5 mm, and the inner cavity is a profile with a three-cavity structure (with a closed drainage cavity and a reinforcement cavity), so as to ensure that the window is inconvenient to use for decades. In addition, such profiles are not prone to discoloration and aging.
