PVC foam board is also called Andy board. With the following characteristics:

6. Easy to install and low maintenance cost.
According to the production process, PVC board is divided into PVC crust foam board, PVC free foam board and PVC co-extrusion board.
1. Skinned foam board (also known as Chevron board or Andy board) is a layer of hard skin on the surface of the board (single side/double side), which has high hardness and is not easy to produce scratches. The cutting surface is slightly The texture of the sandy surface, the price is slightly higher.
2. The surface hardness of PVC free foam board ( also known as Front board ) is average, showing a fine concave-convex surface, which may cause scratches, and the price is slightly lower.
3. The comparison between PVC arch extruded board and ordinary foam board is that the adhesive film of the latter is glued to the surface of the board at room temperature, and the film will fall off in a short period of time (1~2 years). ; while the former uses a vacuum laminating machine, which is bonded at a higher temperature, so it is not easy to fall off.
Free foam board:
The products are mainly used for advertising mounting paintings, portraits, silk screen printing and so on.
Crust foam board:
Mainly used for engraving, the board has good hardness, no rough edges, and can be carved into various shapes.
Co-extrusion foam board:
Adopt advanced "two extruder co-extrusion" production process, the surface layer has no foam, smooth surface, high hardness, mainly used for craft-level carving products, such as various shoe racks, storage racks, screen partitions, etc.
