The lower section uses tongue-and-groove pickets for full ground-level privacy. The upper section is a diagonal lattice grid that allows light, air, and partial visibility at eye level while maintaining the fence line. This design solves the "plastic wall" problem of full solid fencing without compromising privacy where it matters most.
Each panel is factory-assembled. The lattice grid is solvent-welded at every intersection for structural integrity. The mid-rail separating the solid and lattice sections is reinforced against sag. The lattice section is mechanically secured to the mid-rail for independent replacement if damaged. Stock color is white with a co-extruded UV-stabilized capstock; tan and gray available on custom order.

Lattice grid construction
Diagonal 45° grid with 2-1/2″ member spacing. Every intersection is solvent-welded-not stapled or mechanically fastened. The same joining method used in industrial PVC pressure fittings, applied to a fence lattice. A welded grid does not rattle, does not open joints through thermal cycles, and does not progressively loosen staple by staple over successive summers.
Reinforced mid-rail
The mid-rail between the solid and lattice sections uses an internally webbed structural profile that resists sag across the full panel width without auxiliary bracing or aluminum stiffener inserts. An unreinforced mid-rail on an 8-foot panel carrying a 24-inch lattice section will deflect visibly within five years in a warm climate. This one does not.
