1. Raw material preparation: The production of PVC usually starts from ethylene and chlorine, and vinyl chloride monomer is made by chlorinating ethylene, and ethylene can also be extracted from waste plastics, waste rubber, waste paper pulp and other wastes, and then chlorinated. Prepared PVC raw materials need to be tested to ensure they meet quality standards.

2. Polymerization: The production of PVC usually uses the method of polymerization. In the polymerizer, monomers are added to certain reaction conditions, causing a polymerization reaction that synthesizes the monomers into polymers. In the polymerization process, certain reaction conditions, such as temperature, time, catalyst, pressure, etc., need to be controlled to ensure the quality of the finished product.

3. Coagulant addition: During the PVC polymerization reaction, a certain amount of coagulant needs to be added in order to form polymer particles in the polymerizer, so that the polymer particles just reach the desired size and shape.

4. Filtration and washing: After polymerization, the polymer needs to be filtered and washed to remove impurities, gels and other impurities, so that the polymer becomes pure. Filtration and washing are critical steps to ensure the quality of the finished product.

5. Drying and processing: After filtration and washing, the PVC flakes are dried, and then processed according to different application fields and product design requirements. Common processing methods include extrusion, calendering, injection molding, blow molding, etc.

6. Quality inspection: In the process of making PVC materials, strict quality inspection is required to check whether the quality of the finished product meets the requirements. Quality inspection includes visual inspection, physical performance testing, chemical analysis, etc.
