How To Judge Of The Quality Of PVC Foam Board

Different company, their pvc foam board color, foaming, flexibily and surface are different. Then how to judge of the quality?

For the foaming material, the size and uniformity of the foaming hole are the key factors affecting the quality of the PVC foam board.

For low times the foaming sheet, the bubble hole is small and uniform, and the pvc foam sheet has good toughness, high strength and good surface quality. In terms of reducing the bubble sheet density, only small and uniform bubble holes have the possibility to further reduce the density, and the bubble is large, and scattered it is difficult to further reduce the density.

Flexiblity is decided by th PVC content. High pvc content, the pvc foam board price will be more higher, but the flexiblity will be better.

Color is decided by the raw materials. color different means nothing about the pvc foam board quality. Customer can choose color which they like.
