Two: Test the wear resistance of the board.
The inconspicuous line scratches indicate that the crusted foam board is wear-resistant poor performance. The surface hardness of the PVC-crusted foam board is high, and it has super wear resistance.
Three: Test its stability.
If the board is easily cut, It means that the sheet has poor stability. The PVC-crusted foam board， PVC-free foam board, and PVC co-extrusion board adopt the research and development of new stabilizer formula, the internal structure is stable, and the service life is long.
Four: Test the acid and alkali resistance
You can drop alcohol and a small amount of hydrochloric acid on the surface. After one day, observe whether there is obvious aging on the surface. Some indicate poor acid and alkali resistance. The professional PVC foam board is added with chemical inhibitor, which has good acid and alkali resistance.
Five: Test the antibacterial properties.
Put items that are prone to mildew on the surface of the board, and place them in a shaded place. After about two days, observe whether there are signs of mold growth on the surface. If it is, it means that it has no antibacterial properties or very poor antibacterial properties. If you need a board with strong antibacterial ability, I recommend our medical antibacterial board.
