Vinyl is known for its resilience to various weather conditions, making it a popular choice for building materials in many real estate projects. Here's how it performs in different weather conditions:

Heat: Vinyl can withstand moderate heat but may become softer and more flexible at extreme temperatures. Most vinyl materials are designed to resist warping or distortion under normal temperature fluctuations. However, prolonged exposure to very high heat (e.g., direct sunlight in hot climates) can lead to some degradation, such as fading or weakening over time.

Rain: Vinyl is highly resistant to water, making it an excellent choice for areas prone to rain. It does not absorb moisture, which prevents it from rotting, warping, or becoming moldy like some organic materials (e.g., wood). It holds up well in wet conditions and is often used for siding, windows, and roofing in rainy climates.

UV Exposure: One of the biggest concerns for vinyl is UV degradation. Over time, UV rays can break down the chemical bonds in vinyl, leading to color fading, brittleness, or surface cracking.
