White Vinyl Picket Fence Panel
A straight-top vinyl picket fence panel built on 7/8" x 3" pickets and twin 2" x 3-1/2" hollow rails. The bottom rail ships with an aluminum insert already fitted-the difference between a rail that sags after two hot summers and one that holds its line for the life of the fence.
Fifteen pickets per 94" section, slotted into pre-routed rails, ready to set between standard 4x4 posts. Available in four heights and three picket cap styles. Assembly required; the kit arrives knocked down and goes together with no routing on site.
The bottom rail carries the panel's weight and takes the ground's reflected heat. Vinyl softens in high heat, and a hollow rail spanning 94 inches will sag over successive summers-slowly, then visibly. The aluminum insert converts that hollow channel into a structural beam.
Some suppliers sell the insert as an optional upgrade. In this panel it is standard, because a picket fence that sags at the bottom line has failed the one test a picket fence must pass: staying straight while everything around it heats, freezes, and settles.
