1mm PVC foam board is the thinnest rigid sheet in the PVC foam board range-a lightweight, flexible panel engineered for applications where material thickness must be kept to an absolute minimum. At 1 mm, the board can be cut with a utility knife, bent around gentle curves, and fed through digital flatbed printers without the weight penalty of thicker substrates.
YUPSENI produces this gauge on the same Celuka extrusion lines as the heavier boards, with the same closed-cell core and smooth surface skin. The 1mm sheet is stocked in 1220 × 2440 mm as standard, with custom sizing available. Surface finish is matte white on both sides-optimized for direct UV printing, screen printing, and adhesive vinyl application without pre-coating.

The largest application by volume. 1mm PVC foam board replaces cardboard and foam-centered board as a rigid backing for photographic prints, posters, and signage. Unlike paper-based mounting board, it does not warp with humidity changes or absorb adhesive solvents that cause delamination over time. The white surface provides a neutral color base that does not yellow under indoor lighting.

Export packaging for thin sheets
1mm sheets are more susceptible to flex damage in transit than thicker boards. We pack them in reinforced cartons with rigid backing boards on both faces of the stack, edge protectors, and PE wrap. Pallets are strapped and labeled with batch traceability codes.
