1. Surface inspection

2. Side detection
In addition to the surface of the PVC board, the side is also inspected. When testing the side, it depends on the flatness of the cut and the fineness of the pores. In the process of inspecting the side of the board, it is necessary to ensure that there are no pinholes on the side, no thick holes, and no obvious powder falling off. At the same time, it depends on whether the cutting fiber falls off and collapses. If the above problems occur during the detection process, it will bring great trouble to the processing of subsequent finished products.
3. Thickness, weight, and density detection
In addition to the appearance of PVC foam board, its thickness, weight, and density should also be tested. When testing the thickness, it should be cubic, close to the surface of the board, without gaps, the thickness of the board is uniform, and the thickness deviation is controlled within a reasonable range; when the weight and density of the boards, keep in mind the algorithm formula of weight and density to ensure accurate measurement data.
