The distinction of PVC foam board:
According to the production process, PVC foam board can be divided into PVC crust foam board, PVC free foam board, and PVC co-extrusion foam board:
1. PVC-crusted foam board has high surface hardness and is not easy to produce scratches. It can be used as a PVC cabinet board, PVC decorative board, etc.
2. PVC-free foam board, with medium surface hardness, widely used for PVC advertising boards, mounted boards, silk screen printing, PVC engraving boards, etc.
3. PVC co-extrusion board requires two machines to operate together, the hardness is greater than that of the crusted board, and the surface is smoother. It can be used to make PVC building panels, decorations, PVC kitchen equipment, PVC bathroom panels, room and office partitions, etc.
According to the different foaming ratios, it can be divided into high foaming and low foaming, and according to the softness and hardness of the foam texture, it can be divided into rigid foam, semi-rigid foam, and soft foam.
According to the cell structure, it can be divided into closed-cell foam and open-cell foam.
A common PVC foam sheet is a rigid closed-cell low foam sheet.
