Will the clips unlock with pressure and tapping of foot when use vinyl floor?

SPC flooring is usually installed using interlocking or click-lock systems. It usually does not require adhesive or clamps to install. The latch system consists of tongue and fluted edges that lock together during installation.
When installing SPC floors, it is generally not necessary to use clamps or apply pressure with your feet to lock the boards into place. Instead, you align the tongue of one board with the grooves of the adjacent boards at a slight Angle, then press hard or use a tapping block to hold the boards together. The tongue and groove edges should be locked together to form a secure and tight connection.
Applying pressure or tapping the boards with a mallet or tapping block during installation helps ensure a tight fit and seamless appearance, but once the boards are properly locked together, continuous pressure or tapping should not be applied. The SPC floor's interlocking design is designed to hold the board firmly in place without the need for additional clamps or fasteners.
