Rigid PVC low-foaming sheet plug-in method recommended standard (1)
Aug 09, 2022
Foreword
The Seluka method rigid PVC low-foaming sheet has the characteristics of light weight, flame resistance, corrosion resistance and moisture resistance, thermal insulation and shock absorption, long life, high strength, and environmental resistance.
Good strength and other characteristics. Thermoformable, and can be nailed, drilled, chiseled, riveted, glued, etc. Widely used in decoration and performance, commercial advertising, construction, automobiles, ships, furniture, transportation and other industries. It has far-reaching significance for promoting the replacement of wood with plastic, gold with plastic, environmental protection, fire safety, and energy conservation.
This standard is the second of a series of standards for the rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) low-foaming sheet industry.
This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Plastic Products.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Plastics Processing and Application Research Institute of China Light Industry Federation.
This standard is owned by Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Baoliwei Chemical Building Materials Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Jixi Plastic Factory, Anhui Guofeng Plastic Industry Co., Ltd.
Co., Ltd. and Beijing AirAsia Building Materials Co., Ltd. jointly drafted.
The main drafters of this standard: Liu Jun, Huang Qijie, Wang Youjun, Li Yongquan, Wang Peiyi.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, package
packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard is applicable to the use of polyvinyl chloride resin as the main raw material, with various additives, after mixing, it is made by the Seluka extrusion process
The rigid polyvinyl chloride low-foaming sheet (hereinafter referred to as sheet).
