Product Introduction
PVC Trim Board for Exterior is a rigid cellular PVC board from the BODO® series, engineered as a direct replacement for wood trim in exterior applications. It works like wood-cut, nail, drill, glue, and paint it with standard woodworking tools-but it never rots, never absorbs moisture, and never feeds termites. The board comes ready to install straight from the factory with no painting required, and it is available in a full range of thicknesses, widths, and lengths held in stock.

Works like wood, lasts far longer
Wood trim on an exterior wall is on a countdown from the day it goes up. It wicks moisture at the cut ends, swells and cracks its paint, rots at the joints, and needs scraping and repainting every few years. This board is a high-density closed-cell PVC core with an integral skin. It is waterproof, moisture-proof, termite-proof, and fire-retardant-so the failure modes that claim wood simply do not apply.
Choose a smooth finish on both sides, or textured on one side and smooth on the other. An optional sealed-edge treatment keeps dirt from settling into the cut edges over time and lets the board wash clean with water alone.
Lifetime No Rot
Waterproof and moisture-proof through the full thickness. Sits in ground-splash zones and wet climates without softening or decaying.
No Painting Needed
Ships white and finished. Paint only if a custom color is wanted-for exterior runs, a coat of 100% acrylic latex locks color for the long term.
Sealed Edges Available
Optional edge sealing stops dirt building up in the cut edge and keeps cleaning to a quick wash-useful on high-visibility fascia and corner boards.

Installation notes
Cut with a carbide-tooth blade and support the board along its full length for a clean edge. Glue every joint with PVC cement and back it up with mechanical fasteners-PVC expands and contracts with temperature, so glue alone will not hold a joint closed long term. Use stainless steel or hot-dipped galvanized nails and screws to prevent rust staining on the white surface.
