Differences of

PVC materials

PVC is polyvinyl chloride plastic, which is a general-purpose plastic. During the production of soft PVC, some softeners are added, which makes the finished product have good flexibility, good bendability, can be folded in half, can be curled, and easy to shape. There is no softener added to hard PVC during production, so it is not easy to shape, fragile, and cannot be curled. Hard (without plasticizer) PVC products are commonly used in plastic doors and windows, water pipes, wiring pipes, sheets, etc. Soft (with plasticizer) PVC products are commonly used in films, soft boards, soft sheets, hoses, medical products (such as Infusion bags, etc.).

uses of

PVC materials

Polyvinyl chloride packaging materials: PVC can be made into laminated products and transparent products together with other polymers. For example, mineral water bottles, beverage bottles, cosmetic bottles, etc. have good barrier properties.

PVC hard materials and plates: PVC is then added with stabilizers and other fillers. After mixing, various hard pipes, corrugated pipes, etc. can be extruded. It can also be pressed into thin sheets to make hard plates and cut into the required shape. PVC welding rods can also be used to weld into various storage tanks and containers, and have good corrosion resistance.
