First Raw materials
1. The main raw material of the floor is polyvinyl chloride. Polyvinyl chloride is an environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and renewable resource. The main component of stone plastic is natural stone powder, which does not contain any radioactive elements. It is a new type of green and environmentally friendly floor decoration material.

Second, production process
SPC stone plastic floor is made of polyvinyl chloride and its copolymer resin as the main raw materials, and auxiliary materials such as fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, colorants are added to the continuous sheet substrate, and different structural layers are produced by extrusion process. They are firmly joined together by high temperature lamination. The whole production process does not use glue, and completely relies on mechanical and physical molding, avoiding the hidden danger of formaldehyde.
Third, paving process
Most Stone Polymer Composite floors need to be fixed with glue when laying. This floor is laid with special water latex. Aqueous emulsion adhesives use water as the dispersion medium.
